Metallica have confirmed that they will do a track with Ja-Rule on their next album. There has been some rumors about it, and it now seems to be true.
The 4th issue of the fanclub magazine "So what" will include a long interview/discussion between Lars and Kirk. Among the subjects, according to the clubs website, will be "The Swizz Beats/Ja Rule track". as they say about the song on the site "yes, it's happening". Metallica did " The memory remains" with Marianne Faithfull, and this song might be something similar.
In the same mag Lars and Kirk will also discuss the post-Jason mood, the studio sessions so far and the excitement about Metallica's future. Issue 4 will be posted late December or early January. Issue 3 are in the mail, and should arrive to the club-members soon.
While we are talking about the club. Metshop just released two new pieces of Metallica goodies, a Hooded Robe in black or white with the logo on the back, and a Coffee tumbler with diamond plated stainless steel exterior insulated to keep your beverages hot.
