Lars and Kirk stopped by The Metallica Club chat room May the 17th to talk to the fans in there.
They stopped by Club HQ after a day in the studio. This followed a scheduled MetClub Chat about Merch/Memberships, but Lars and Kirk were not planned and just hopped on spontaneously. James went home instead of chatting. Amongst the things mentioned:
- It was confirmed the band is jamming on some Ramone's material.
- Bob Rock is still filling in bass, but does not wish to join the band, due mostly to touring committments.
- Lars talked to Jason from the road last week and everything was good.
