Last night I saw Metallica for the 4th time in Belgium. They played for some 20000 fans in a venue that was sold out in two days.

They started off a little uninspired, just as the crowd. After a few songs, the atmosphere got hot and everybody enjoyed the gig, the band in the first place, which was very clear during the whole show. James complemented the crowd for being a very 'singing' audience... Lars and Kirk did their usual tricks, Rob is very fast getting a number of fans with his stage act and James was just kicking ass.

I won't matter giving you the playlist, as Sem will, but I still want to mention they played some slightly different versions of the songs which made them in most of the cases even greater. Concluding, I'd say the show might been not better than the one I saw in July, but (maybe because it was indoor) it was a more intense one. Certainly will go see am again in July, for the third time in one year in Belgium. Thanx 4 that guys!. After all, they are still the best (metal) band this world ever knew...
