Metallibash 2007 is here. The bash is a fan convention supported by the band and has been a yearly thing since 2002.
Here are some words from the Metallibash 2007 crew... Hey everyone we have hinted at something brewing on the Bash front for a while now. I finally have some information to pass along. The Bash is alive and well and kicking some Major ass!

Harptallica
Harptallica started in early 2006 when Ashley Toman a grad student at the Eastman School of Music decided to arrange one Metallica song "Fade to Black" for two harps. Somehow this turned into 10 Metallica Songs anda CD which they are recorded in November.
Phattallica
Phattallica is composed of members of Undercover and Steel Rod, paying homage to Metallica. For the MetalliBash, Phattallica will be covering tracks off of the Garage Inc, Load, and Re-Load albums.
Damage Inc
Damage Inc’s members all contribute certain styles that capture a mix of classic Metallica, with the energy and intensity similar to one of their live performances. Playing in venues like the House of Blues, the Galaxy Theater, and the Key Club in Hollywood, this band can effortlessly play ninety-minute sets back to back.
