Metallica tour with Kirk Hammett's chiropractor cousin, so the bandmates can make sure they are all in shape for every show.
Trujillo admits he and the other members take their health very seriously when they're preparing for extensive tours, and then when they hit the road as their live show is so energetic.
"Metallica is a band where, when you tour, you train for it. I've had to hire a trainer who has me running cones and doing frills on a football field.
"The magnitude of the work ethic is important to this band. Nobody wants to have to worry about the other person. You get up there and give it all, no matter how sick you feel or what dramas you have in your life."
