Metallica is joining the growing group of artists to host their own music channel on Sirius satellite radio. Starting this Saturday, March 14 at 6 p.m. (EST), Mandatory Metallica will air on Sirius channel 27, and will run for one month, through to Monday, April 13 at 3 a.m.
In addition to iconic Metallica tunes from the group's 25-year history, Mandatory Metallica will also air new songs from the recently released album entitled Death Magnetic; as well as "rare live cuts" from the band's personal archives.
