This was my 5th time seeing the guys. The anticipation was just as exciting as my first. Every time I've seen them, they keep getting better and this show followed the same trend. Absolutely fantastic show, it was loud, fast and crazy!
Before the gig, I was at the Solid Rock bar in Glasgow city center, who were playing Metallica songs non stop. You couldn't move for all the fans inside. Great atmosphere. We left it a bit late to leave, but turned up at 9pm and managed to make our way to the front of the crowd by 9.15pm, when the house lights went off and the show kicked off.
The entire place erupted as Jaymz n Co took to the stage and fired straight into That was just your life. After that it was relentless, powering through a mix of old and new songs.
I was surprised to hear Trapped under ice in the set list, but it still rocked the place out. Absolutely amazing experience, with a fantastic atmosphere.
Can't wait for the next time I see them! Thats twice in my hometown of Glasgow, so next on the list will be another European date.
