==== NEW ALBUM THIS YEAR ==========================================
At the millenium gig in Detroit, MI Lars mentioned that the release of a
new studio album would be like in the middle of this year. They have had
plans for an album this year for a long time, but it was not ment to be
released before late 2000. He also mentioned a following tour.

VENUE: Bradley Center 
SUPPORT: Sevendust, Kid Rock 

Metallica's perfomance at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee on 3-January
once again shows the power of their music. Sevendust and Kid Rock opened,
though I missed most of those shows because I was backstage, where I was
able to meet Jason. Metallica came on and played for about two hours and
ripped through the songs with awesome pyrotechnics. Here is the setlist:

This was definatley a great show. It was really neat to hear No Leaf
Clover without the symphony. It sounded different, but was still really
good.
