==== GIG REPORT ===================================================
yeah i went, it kicked ASS, if anybody was by me, i was the kid with the
black jacket in the Megadeth t-shirt, with the kinda long blonde hair, but
anyway, it was awesome.

Most of the parts that the bass was supposed to do in the background on
some songs the symphony did, it was so cool, but yeah, "No Leaf Clover"
was pretty heavy but the "Minus Human" one wasn't that heavy, but yeah
motorbreath, i was confused about that "- Human" that's what it said in
the program, so me and my friend trevor thought it was just a new song.

They were hoping to write 3 but ended up with 2, i was very surprised with
"No Leaf Clover" that was a great song, the "Minus Human" song had alot of
orchestra parts, so if it's on their next album, most likely jason's gonna
do the parts with the orchestra on bass.

I recommend getting the live album when it comes out because everything
sounded better with the orchestra, they only played 20 songs last night,
and yes, THEY PLAYED ALL OF MASTER OF PUPPETS, it was their second song
and it rocked! right when they were done with call of ktulu they jumped
right into MOP, (hehe, funny abbrev.) and it kicked ass, probably i think
the best was "One" that's my favorite metallica song, everything else was
really cool, They played alll the good songs from Load album, including
"Hero of The Day", "Bleeding Me", "Until It Sleeps", and "The Outlaw Torn".

To be honestly , the greatest day of my life, it was my first concert and
i was very pleased, it was trevor's 22nd, and he's only like 8 months
older than me, (I turned 14 on march 11 of this year)

here's the list of songs according to the program they gave us:

     Call of Ktulu
     Master of Puppets
     Of Wold and Man
The Thing That Should Not Be
     Fuel
     The Memory Remains
     No Leaf Clover
     Hero of The Day
     Devil's Dance
     Bleeding Me
  -Intermission-
     Nothing Else Matters
     Until It Sleeps
For Whom The Bell Tolls (KICKED ASS)
     - Human or Minus Human
     Whever I May Roam
     The Outlaw Torn
     Sad But True
     One
     Enter Sandman
     Battery

The parts on battery that are acoustic the orchestra played, and then
MetallicA came out and started the heavy parts, they planned to play
"Fight Fire With Fire" and a few others including "Fade To Black" but i
guess they cut that extra 3 short.

==== BOOTLEG REVIEW ===============================================
Name: Cliff's Last Show
Place: Sweden September 26, 1986
Info: You can buy this disc in the Met shop on my page

I recently came across a very interesting bootleg. It's called Metallica:
Cliff's Last Show. It was recorded by somebody sitting inthe audience of
the Metallica show in Sweden on April 26, 1986, the last show before Cliff
Burton died.

It contains a standard list of songs from the times... Including
Blitzkreig and Breadfan. The best part ofit is Cliff's solo. He was an
incredible bass player.

As for the quality... Quite frankly, most of it is poor. Amazingly
enough, the clearest part of it is Cliff's solo. The originalsource tape
from the concert itself cut off in a place or two, but fot the most part
is solid.

If you ever get the chance, listen to it. After all, as the CD case says,
it's "An important document in Metallica history."
