List of Highest-Paid rock-groups and singers for 1998 is as follows. Just
to compare, the producer and comedian Jerry Seinfeld made $267 million
last year

   1. Rolling Stones, rock group, $57 million
   2. Celine Dion, singer, $55.5 million
   3. Garth Brooks, singer, $54 million
   4. Spice Girls, singers, $49 million
   5. Metallica, rock group, $32 million




==== INFO ON THE FAN CLUB =========================================
Many of you have e-mailed me and asked about the official fan-club. As I
have said earlier in this newsletter, i don't answear those mails as I get
too much. anyway, I think the club is good, recommended, but not very
good. The reason for this is that it is so slow and late. I just got my
"special holiday" issue of the mag "So what!". Yep, it was the chrismas
issue! I also got the FanCan 1998 last month. You can sign up to the club

==== DAYS OFF =====================================================
there is not much happening in the Metallica camp at the moment. The
reason for this is that Metallica has some days off, or should I say weeks
before the next tour. Guess they are at home enjoing their life with kids
and wifes. The band hope to start writing new material when the tour is
over
