Jason's recording projects after Metallica::

Echobrain
San Francisco, CA - 2000 - 2001
line-up:
Jason Newsted - bass & vocals
Dylan Dokin - guitar & vocals
Brian Sagrafena - drums

musical guests:
Kirk Hammett, Jim Martin, the principal violinist and the principal cellist of the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra

What Jason says about the Echobrain sound (End of 2000):
"To me it's tomorrow music. It's real fresh, real contemporary. If you were going to mix it up in a bowl, it'd be Chris Cornell, Jeff Buckley, Jane's Addiction and something like Status Quo. Dylan is a great singer and that's our weapon."

The album will be simply called 'Echobrain'. The release date has not been announced yet.
