Probably the song has nothing to do with it but maybe it's interesting anyway to hear that there's also an other song entitled "The House that Jack Built". The 'other one' is an english or american children's song - full of gibberish - which is about a farmer who's name is Jack, who built a house, in which lives a mouse, that mouse is scared of the cat, the cat is chasen by the dog, etc..

Interpretation possibility:
The song could be about the drug abuse and its effects. The "house" or the "temple" would be the users mind.

The subject matter:
It is about a "house" which represents the only place where a person feels safety.
